“The Oliver is a beautiful building. The suites are beautifully finished with a contemporary look and 10ft ceilings. There are washer/dryers, storage, a balcony, and a walk-in closet in each suite. All of the appliances are quiet which are an added bonus. The hallways and common areas, club lounge, gym, BBQ area, and garbage chutes are kept very clean.
There are full-time friendly staff on site who are always on top of everything and have high standards and attention to detail.
The building has modern security features and underground parking. It is pet friendly, right across the street from the 100th Avenue Promenade, has sidewalks to the river valley, is one block from 124th street, and down the street from the Brewery District and the Oliver Square shops.
The Oliver is a new building with floor to ceiling windows and awesome views.
It really is such an awesome place to live!”
